In 1927, Joe and Antoinette Ghiringhelli celebrated their wedding night at a hillside lodge in Fairfax – and promised each other they’d own it one day. In 1937, they did. Joe planted a grove of redwoods to mark the occasion. Today, those trees form the Enchanted Forest couples marry beneath.

How far in advance should we book our redwood wedding venue?
Prime dates at Deer Park Villa book quickly, especially during our peak Northern California wedding season from March through November. Most couples reserve 12 to 18 months in advance for weekend dates. We strongly recommend scheduling a private tour and securing your date as early as possible to claim your ideal day under the redwoods.
