The Redwood Grove - For Groups 100 to 300
Since our grandfather planted a grove of redwoods and created his secluded garden area now known as The Redwood Grove, thousands of celebrations have blissfully enjoyed his proudest achievement. Every year the trees get taller and the gardeners tend and add flowers and plants. The old-growth camellias and rhododendrons add dramatic splashes of color as they bloom each year. It's a unique garden setting that took generations to create.
The Redwood Grove area includes a still pond with fountain, a covered and heated bar patio with oak bar, and the Grove Room which accommodates buffet table room and indoor dance floor for late night dancing or band performances. The outdoor dance patio is centrally located in the heart of the Redwood Grove and is perfect for DJ and mellow live music performances.
The Terrace Area - For Groups 50-100
The Terrace Area features a 100-capacity seat redwood deck with heaters. The Terrace Area includes an adjoining 60-seat capacity dining room and our main cocktail lounge.
A more intimate setting for smaller wedding ceremonies and receptions, The Terrace Area is available for daytime celebrations only. The Redwood Deck is surrounded by garden can accommodate ceremonies as well. Dancing can be indoors or outdoors on the deck, depending upon volume of music.
The Grove Room - For Groups 50-200
During the months of October through May it is best to reserve interior space as an alternative to outdoor dining in case of inclement weather. Newly remodeled, the interior of The Villa features tile entryway, built-in hardwood dance area and soothing natural- tone painted walls that make it easy to integrate with any color scheme or theme. As it is often the case, your wedding day may be warm and dry and you may opt to celebrate in the Redwood Grove or The Terrace area. Whatever the weather you can rest assured that your wedding guests will be comfortable and the celebration will go on!

We feature a wide variety of menu and bar options. Hors D'oeuvres, plated meal, buffet, family-style and theme menus are available to view on-line. We customize menus to suit your style. Weddings and receptions held on the grounds of Deer Park Villa have three areas available for rent which include all the amenities needed. We offer full or limited bar options and fine wines and champagne.
Complimentary tasting for the bride and groom once a wedding date is booked with deposit.

Looking for a Garden Setting?
The grounds of Deer Park Villa provide a perfect setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions.
Two spectacular garden areas are available
The Redwood Grove is ideal for ceremonies and receptions up to 300. The natural canopy of the redwoods provides a beautiful, peaceful setting for the exchange of vows. The Redwood Grove features all the amenities for a joyous reception-heated outdoor bar patio, decorative still pond, fountain, outdoor dance patio, and indoor area for buffet and late-night dancing. And, of course, the beautiful redwood trees.
The Terrace area accommodates groups up to 100 and includes the outdoor Redwood Deck with adjoining dining room and cocktail lounge. Surrounded by garden, the Redwood Deck features outdoor heaters and indoor or outdoor dance areas.
The Villa Interior accommodates groups up to 225 and can be booked with access to The Redwood Grove or the Redwood Deck during the months of October through May.
Deer Park Villa Catering travels to the Bay Area location of your choice. Special event facilities, private homes and estates, club houses and churches... You provide the location and Deer Park Villa Catering will provide the rest!
