How much will a wedding reception cost
at Deer Park Villa?

That question has a variety of answers. It depends upon your needs. A wedding reception can range from an intimate dinner party to a celebration of hundreds.

At Deer Park Villa we work with you to create the reception you want with your budget in mind. We provide the beautiful garden setting, the service, food and drink, cake-cutting and all the essentials of a full service wedding reception. There are no "hidden costs".

Our Wedding Services brochure offers a variety of menu and bar styles (estimates range from $75.00 to $100.00 per person including facility fee, gratuities and sales tax). Within this plan you are able to choose from a sit-down banquet with passed appetizers, a hot buffet or barbeque buffet with passed appetizers or a station-style buffet menu package. Bar plans range from a limited champagne and wine bar to a full "super well" bar. Areas are rented at competitive rates--$2600 for the Redwood Grove with Grove Room and dance floor, $1300 for the Terrace Area, and $2500 for "Wintertime" weddings requiring all the interior space with access to our outdoor areas.

For those of you with a "sky is the limit" budget we offer food, bar, equipment and service upgrades as well as the ability to rent our entire facility.

In response to requests for "low key" affordable weddings we now feature new "Sunday Specials" - including our Buffet Brunch Package and our Appetizer Reception Package (which are both priced at a flat rate of $49.00 per adult and $20.00 per child including our limited bar package and private reception area. All "Sunday Special" receptions are subject to 18% gratuity and 9% sales tax). Deer Park Villa offers similar savings on Friday evenings or weekdays.

Looking for a garden setting?

The grounds of Deer Park Villa provide a perfect setting
for wedding ceremonies and receptions.

Two spectacular garden areas are available

The Redwood Grove is ideal for ceremonies and receptions up to 400. The natural canopy of the redwoods provides a beautiful, peaceful setting for the exchange of vows. The Redwood Grove features all the amenities for a joyous reception--heated outdoor bar patio, decorative still pond, fountain, outdoor dance patio, and indoor area for buffet and late-night dancing. And, of course, the beautiful redwood trees.

The Terrace Area accommodates groups of 50 to 125 and includes the outdoor Redwood Deck with adjoining dining room and cocktail lounge. Surrounded by garden, the Redwood Deck features outdoor heaters and indoor or outdoor dance areas.

The Villa Interior accommodates groups up to 225 and can be booked with access to The Redwood Grove or the Redwood Deck during the months of October through May.

Wedding Plan includes the menu of your choice, station-style reception, sit-down banquet, hot buffet or mesquite barbeque buffet, complete bar service, waiters, cake and coffee service, non-alcoholic punch, linens and tableware and free off-street parking!

Our new "Sunday Special" plan offers both a Sunday Brunch and appetizer reception - complete with facility use & champagne, beer and wine bar - for 49.00 per adult and 20.00 per child plus 18% gratuity and 9% sales tax!
