Wedding & Event Coordinators
Deer Park Villa
If you feel the need to hire a professional wedding coordinator Deer Park Villa's staff will work with that person to fulfill all of your requests and help create the wedding you envision.
If you do not hire an independent wedding coordinator you can be confidant that your wedding will be in good hands. Our "Day Of" Catering Staff will be directed by a fully-qualified and experienced Supervisor who will follow all of your instructions and work closely with the Food and Beverage Servers, your Deer Park Villa Event Planner and your Outside Vendors, such as Photographer, DJ, Florist and Baker.
When you don't want to ask a friend or relative to take care of the details on your wedding day but you feel you need some help, Deer Park Villa catering can provide a "Day of Coordinator" to personally assist you. This service can be customized to fit your needs but generally requires a pre-wedding consultation to familiarize us with the other vendors involved and includes assisting at the wedding ceremony rehearsal and coordinating and assisting at the wedding reception site from set-up to break-down.
Cost Estimate: 16 hours @ 100.00 per hour
