This unique site is often the setting for large celebrations - weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, community and business events - all the occasions which mark a special point in one's life. If these walls could talk they'd have some tale to tell! Sometimes a celebration is between just two people. Deer Park Villa was first established as a restaurant and holiday resort in 1922 by the Celani family. Joe and Antionette Ghiringhelli discovered Deer Park Villa when they dined here on their wedding night. In 1937 they acquired the Villa and brought their San Francisco North Beach restaurant experience with them. They served generous portions of hearty Italian fare and welcomed their diners with warmth and good humor.
